The Ssecond, I would like to point out
is that not English but another kind of language is adequate to communicate when people try to speak with aliens.
(what language is this and how important is it?) English is not always studied
in everywhere and many people study not English but other kinds of language as
a second language. The condition whether English is the most important language for communication or not should be fixed by historical backgrounds, geometrical situations
(cannot understand), and educational occasions
(difficult to conceptualize this awkward phrase). For example, the common language in Eastern Europe is still Russian instead of English. Polish
people normally choose to speak with Hungarian in Russian communication. This example is clearly caused by the cold war after the world war second, and indicates English is not always the most important language
(you are changing the question - this is not what was asked.). According to
the above
ideas, I believe
English is not always
an important language for communication in different background communication.
